Shaped before you — the gleam of a single piece
Ten counter seats only. The itamae cuts the topping, shapes the rice and lays down each piece right in front of you. The motions of Edomae sushi, within arm's reach.

Sea bream from the Akashi Strait, pike conger from Awaji, conger eel from the Seto Inland Sea. Built around the local sea, with the season's fish from across the year.
